Season 1
Many years ago, Gu Tian Cheng’s father’s cosmetics company, Medea, was taken over by his uncle, Gu Rong Zhen. After years of working in corporate acquisitions at a multinational financial firm, Gu Tian Cheng finally sets his sights on reclaiming Medea. Just as he is about to succeed, his health suddenly deteriorates, and he is forced to undergo surgery. During the procedure, he receives a heart transplant from Du Zheng, the fiancé of Lin Jia Qi. After the operation, Gu Tian Cheng begins to experience a drastic change in personality, seemingly caused by a rare form of “cell memory disorder.” Once cold and hostile, especially toward his female secretary, he becomes noticeably kinder, particularly to Jia Qi. As he develops unfamiliar emotions and a growing connection to her, a gentler side of him gradually emerges. (Source: MyDramaList)
